When you fill an enquiry form, the savings calculator or the solar quiz, we collect only what you type: your name, phone number, email address (optional), city or district, your monthly electricity bill range or pump and borewell details, and any message you add.
Why we collect it
We use these details to call you back, plan a site assessment and prepare a written solar proposal sized to your actual consumption. That is all. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Only the BijliSaathi team working on your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to third parties. We share details with a supplier or installer partner only when it is needed to deliver or service your own system.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records while we are in conversation with you and for our warranty and service history afterwards. If you never become a customer, you can ask us to delete the enquiry at any time.
Deleting your data
Write to support@bijlisaathi.com or call +91 76900 05014 and ask us to delete your details. We will remove them from our records and confirm back to you.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the basic technical storage needed for pages to work and simple, aggregated visit statistics. We do not build advertising profiles about you.
